About the institution:

Lying in Nuussuaq

Is normed for 35 children, who are distributed across 3 rooms.

Is standardized for 12 staff members.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police and the criminal record from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Greenland Self-Government, according to the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Greenland Self-Government and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

A staff housing can be provided for the position, for which a deposit and rent, utilities, etc. will be paid according to the applicable rules for rent payment in the Greenland Self-Government and the municipality's properties in Greenland. If permanent staff housing cannot be made available immediately upon taking up the position, employees entitled to temporary housing will be offered a temporary accommodation, for which rent, utilities, etc. will be paid in accordance with the above. The start date depends on when a staff housing is available. A relocation travel allowance and moving expenses are provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
