About the position:
You can expect the following tasks:

telephone answering

inquiries from students and partners

responsibility for local booking and information system

collaboration with the study office and other administrative staff

ad hoc tasks
- HK or other office-related education
- Experience from administrative functions
- IT skills
- Proactive/creative, independent, and responsible
- Service-minded, structured, and good collaboration skills
- Bilingual (Greenlandic / Danish)
- Supervision and contact with cleaning
- Ensure that the supply of various office supplies is updated and tidy.
- Ad hoc tasks
The working hours are 40 hours a week.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving and relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment with the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
