We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented operations manager who is passionate about personnel management, efficient operations, and understands how to put the tenant at the center.
As operations manager, you will be responsible for the operation of our housing and property services in Nuuk and Paamiut.
Your primary job responsibilities will be personnel management, task follow-up, consulting, and authority contact. You will, among other things, be responsible for:
· Management of 1 technician, 3 inspectors, 1 inspector assistant, 5 property officers, and 12 property assistants in Nuuk and Paamiut
· Implementation and follow-up of strategy objectives and decisions in general
· Service and advice regarding housing-related issues
· Financial management, including approval of invoices as well as budgeting/control
· Reporting on the condition, finances, and quality measurements of the housing departments, etc.
· Handling of complaints regarding renovation and maintenance of housing and property services
· Contact with authorities, including the municipalities' technical administrations and other authorities related to INI or housing departments
· Tenant democracy and housing social tasks
· Ad hoc tasks
Quality- and responsibility-conscious as well as committed regardless of the nature of the task.
You have relevant professional education, several years of work experience, and documented management experience; you are the central driving force and unifying figure who wants to provide good service to tenants/owners. We also want you to be:
· Proactive and goal-oriented and can handle management challenges and tasks
· Is operation and service-oriented with financial sense and insight
· Has experience working within legislative frameworks
· Has good communication skills both orally and in writing in both Greenlandic and Danish.
· Is good at collaborating across teams in relation to task solving.

Salary and employment are based on your qualifications. You are entitled to a relocation trip as well as moving your belongings. Housing can be provided for the position according to applicable regulations.
