You will respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital channels, assist with daily finances, and guide on self-service products. You have the opportunity to become part of Greenland's BANK customer service team in Nuuk. Customer service is also part of our customer reception and processing group in the Nuuk department.
About the job:
Your everyday life will be exciting and varied, and there will never be two days that are the same. In GrønlandsBANKEN's customer service, we respond to customers' inquiries via phone and digital inquiries.
Your tasks will include helping customers answer questions related to daily finances, guiding customers in using the bank's self-service products, and identifying customers' needs.
In customer service, we have a strong focus on constantly improving and setting new standards for the service we provide.
We expect that you:
Has an educational background as an office assistant, sales assistant, or other relevant education.
Works independently and is also a team player.
Ability to communicate with all types of private customers
Has experience in and is motivated by providing the best customer service.
Thrives with varied and different administrative tasks.
Stable and meticulous with your work
Is bilingual Greenlandic/Danish
