Contract Manager

Greenland Bank is seeking a contract manager for the management of contracts and suppliers.

Can you ensure effective, secure, and compliant management of GrønlandsBANKEN's contracts and suppliers? GrønlandsBANKEN needs you to support the bank's work in monitoring IT services from third parties (DORA) and ensuring that we comply with GDPR requirements. You will work closely with the bank's IT department, the DPO, and the Risk Director.

As the contract manager, you will be responsible for, among other things:

Contract management:

• Prepare, maintain, and update the contract register (House of Control).
• Ensure a proper approval process for contracts.
• Report to management on significant contracts and changes.

• Monitor outsourcing agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DORA).
• Secure contractual provisions regarding availability, integrity, confidentiality, and security incidents.

• Be GDPR-compliant and ensure proper handling of personal data.
• Coordinate with internal functions to ensure data protection in all processes.
• Monitor and document compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies.

• Is educated as a lawyer or similar.
• Has a solid understanding of contract law, supplier management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with GDPR and knowledge of the DORA regulations is a great advantage.
• Has experience with risk assessment and compliance, preferably from the financial sector.
• Has good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management and the board as well as leaders and colleagues.
• Has analytical skills and a systematic approach to documentation and reporting.

Greenland Bank has six branches in Greenland, with the head office located in Nuuk. You will be employed in the organizational department of Greenland Bank at the head office, reporting to the Administration Director. The department also consists of three service supporters and a building manager.
