The Social Authority is seeking a process consultant to strengthen and develop the effort to implement the Family Group Conference method for vulnerable children/youth in Greenland. The position involves teaching, facilitation, and process support in collaboration with municipalities, as well as travel activities. The candidate must have experience in family therapy, teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

About the position
The position is located in the Family Council Team, which works to support the municipal initiative of family counciling in the child and youth sector across the country.
As a process consultant, you will work independently with teaching, facilitation, and process support in connection with the implementation of family group conferencing around the coast of Greenland. The work will take place in close collaboration with the municipalities, particularly the family centers, and will involve a significant amount of travel. Additionally, it is important to strengthen the municipalities' anchoring of the family group conferencing method through the establishment of local initiative leader and initiative-taking networks as well as a teaching corps.
The tasks include, among other things,

Preparation of framework agreements for teaching and implementation processes in collaboration with the municipalities.

Development, adaptation, and delivery of teaching materials

Planning and conducting teaching courses

Facilitation and support in the municipalities' implementation process

Ongoing supervision of initiators and coordinators

Be involved in ensuring registration and participating in evaluation processes.

Edit and write texts for our website, prepare brochures, etc.

Participate in the planning and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and theme days within the family area.

Ad-hoc tasks
Our ideal candidate has a professionally relevant background in, for example, family therapy or therapy, as well as experience working in a development and project-oriented manner.

Social worker, social educator, or similar with further education in systemic family therapy or similar therapeutic training.

Experience with systemic family therapy and preferably family counseling.

Experience with teaching, facilitation, and implementation preferably from consultancy tasks in the municipalities.
