The Department of Quality Assurance for Health is a new department that will oversee the management of services in the Municipality of Sermersooq, focusing on health, safety, and development. Currently, there are 4 dedicated employees working on tasks such as: support from employers, support for job seekers, early pensions, and elderly care.

The mountains

There is an opportunity for growth – and to influence the development of the department. The tasks include:

• Investigation into the conditions of employment, related to: employer assistance, assistance for employees, early retirement options, and issues concerning aging.
• Relevant investigations in the context of service operations at Allaffissornik.
• Participation in initiatives for improvement and enhancement of work processes
• You can participate in the arrangements there as needed.

We are looking for a candidate who can participate in a project with a missile-related focus and has the ability to work on the following tasks:

• You have completed your education with TNI-mi.
• The ability to use multiple systems
• The ability to work with Kisitsisinik
• A collaborator who is committed, responsible, and able to take on tasks.
• Can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Can be busy in the mornings, and can help each other.
• Inussiarnersoq, capable of working efficiently
• Marluinik, in Greenlandic and Danish, will be helpful, but it is not a requirement.
• If you have experience in customer service in the hospitality industry and have skills in IT (Getorganized and AX prism), it is not a requirement.

Criminal record:

This position is subject to the law requiring the collection of a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

No housing can be provided for the position.
