The Dandelion Center is looking for a dedicated and versatile employee for our administration. We are seeking a person with strong collaboration skills and a positive approach to both digital, practical, and written tasks. The position involves a wide range of contacts and requires a high level of responsibility, structure, and independence.
The Dandelion Center consists of an administration, Therapy and Counseling, the Children's and Youth House Dandelion, the living unit Ilasiaq, the living unit Allu, the living unit Aili, as well as the Day Center. In addition, we have the year-round house Seqineq in Kapisillit, which is used for holidays and project trips.
The vision of the Dandelion Center is to create better living conditions for children and young people and thereby make a difference. Your primary tasks

Receive guests and handle contact with sponsors and partners.

Contribute to digital work (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, website, etc.)

Coordinate internal meetings, including minute-taking.

Answer phone calls and emails

Handle practical and simple operational tasks such as purchasing and watering plants.

Manage bookings for the meeting place Najortigeeqatigiiffik Ullorissat

Support the management and collaborate with the department heads on, for example, newsletters.

Has an office education, IT background, or equivalent administrative background.

Is accommodating, service-minded, and cooperative.

Works in a structured, detail-oriented, and independent manner.

Is digitally strong and eager to work with our internal systems.

Is the bilingual Greenlandic and Danish
