We are looking for an energetic resident consultant for our Rental Department in Sisimiut. You will work with housing administration and provide good service to tenants. We expect you to have a relevant administrative background, be a team player, and handle multiple cases simultaneously. The position is temporary with the possibility of permanent employment.
We are looking for a skilled temporary employee for our Rental Department at the Headquarters in Sisimiut for a fixed-term period, with the possibility of permanent employment.
In the Rental Department, there are 15 employees: 12 Resident Consultants, 1 Team Leader, and 1 Rental Consultant who reports to the Rental Manager. We work with the housing administration of properties owned by the Self-Government and the municipalities.
Our focus area is digitalization, which is why it is important to be adaptable, as internal processes are continuously being optimized.
We expect that you have relevant administrative background, preferably with experience from similar positions. You are a team player and take initiative and engage in what you do. Many cases can run simultaneously, and you must be able to maintain an overview in a busy everyday life.
Your tasks will be:
· Idle control
· Instructions
· Processing of lease agreements
· Move-ins
· Moving settlements
· Complaint handling
· Case presentations
· Servicing of tenants
· Processing of data
· Ad hoc tasks

We are looking for an energetic resident consultant who is driven by the desire to provide good service and has relevant experience in customer service.
You are good at communicating and expressing yourself both verbally and in writing in Greenlandic and Danish.
You are adaptable to change and energetic.
You take pride in providing good service both internally and externally.
You have an understanding of finance and a flair for numbers.
You can familiarize yourself with legislation and draft documents.
You are an experienced user of IT tools.
You are good at seeing solutions, taking responsibility, and bringing things together.

Employment terms:
Salary and employment are at the office assistant level in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland and S.I.K. No housing is provided for the position.
