Sales Consultant

At Mediehuset Sermitsiaq, we are looking for a sales consultant who thrives on customer contact and is motivated by finding solutions that create value for both our customers and our business.

As part of the sales department, you will play an important role in creating the financial foundation that enables us to deliver independent journalism and contribute to the public debate in Greenland.

You will be part of an engaged team with colleagues in both Greenland and Denmark, where collaboration, sparring, and good camaraderie are a natural part of everyday life.

Your tasks

• Consulting and sales of advertising and campaign solutions on our print and digital platforms
• Sale of job postings and thematic publications
• Sales and management of subscription solutions for business customers
• Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships
• Proactive contact with new customers and partners.
• Administrative and development-oriented tasks that support sales activities.

We imagine that you are a person who thrives in dialogue with customers and has an interest in sales and consulting.

Additionally, we would like you to:

• Has experience in sales, customer service, or consulting – but it is not a requirement.
• Is good at creating and maintaining relationships.
• Works independently and takes responsibility for your tasks.
• Is curious about customers' needs and motivated by finding the right solutions.
• Thrives in both proactive sales and working with existing customers.
• Have worked with programs such as: Office 365 and various CRM and/or CMS programs
• Masters Greenlandic, Danish and/or English. Multilingualism is an advantage, but not a requirement.
