Team Leader for Communication and Marketing

Your role

You will be the unifying force in the daily coordination of marketing and communication activities across our channels.

In close collaboration with management, your team, and internal and external partners, you will be responsible for driving progress in marketing and communication tasks to ensure strong execution.

It is not a heavy strategic leadership role – but a central key function with a significant influence on the daily direction.

Your main task will be to create an overview, structure, and progress in a department with many activities, short deadlines, and a fast pace.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Coordination of the marketing and communications department's daily tasks and priorities.
• You will have daily management responsibility for the department's employees.
• Structuring and planning of campaigns, content production, and channel efforts
• Coordination of weekly flyers, campaigns, and graphic material
• Development and execution of content for digital channels (app, web, social media, newsletters, screen solutions, etc.)
• Ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity across all channels
• Close collaboration with the Commercial department
• Collaboration with external agency and internal development resources
• Contribute to the development of more efficient, digital, and sustainable processes.
• Planning and prioritization of initiatives in collaboration with management

• Has experience in marketing, communication, or creative environments.
• Naturally works as a project manager: structured, executing, and creating an overview.
• Has experience with digital marketing channels and campaign production.
• Can keep many balls in the air without losing direction or quality.
• Thrives in an environment with tight deadlines and many stakeholders
• Is curious, questioning, and development-oriented.
• Have ambitions to develop yourself towards greater responsibility
