Would you like to help set the direction for Tusass and lead the company into the strategy, with all the opportunities it entails? We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Strategy Consultant for the Strategy & Sustainability department.

About the job

Tusass is in the midst of rolling out a new business strategy, which is why the company's focus is now on realizing the objectives that have been planned across the board, the executive management, and the organization. As a Strategy Consultant, your focus will therefore be to facilitate the execution of the new strategic plan in collaboration with the entire organization.

Strategy & Sustainability also supports the organization with analyses and decision-making proposals - for example, regarding pricing of new product portfolios, financial assessment of hardware alternatives, as well as general trend and market analysis. The Strategy Department is also responsible for preparing board materials regarding strategic initiatives and new investment opportunities. The job as a Strategy Consultant therefore gives you direct access to the control room of one of the country's largest companies, and from day one, you will be an important part of a team that helps define the direction for the entire company.

As a Strategy Consultant, you will report to the head of Strategy & Sustainability. Sustainability is an important focus area at Tusass, and therefore it will be an advantage if you are also interested in this area, as the strategic priorities will increasingly be interconnected with Tusass's sustainability agenda, which has been defined in accordance with EU regulations. As part of this, Tusass is currently exploring the possibilities of achieving CSRD and ESRS-compliant sustainability reporting, so knowledge or concrete experience in this area will also be a significant plus.

About you

You are structured, independent, analytical, solution-oriented, and:

• Has a relevant master's degree and ideally 2-5 years of experience from a consulting firm focused on strategy and transformation, or from an internal strategy function in a company.
• Has high analytical capacity and experience with problem-solving and project management.
• Is experienced in Excel and PowerPoint
• Possesses the ability to collaborate with people across professions and management levels.
• Is result-oriented and motivated by delivering "beyond expectations"
• Is empathetic and creates good energy
