As an Account Manager at Tusass Erhverv, you will be business- and solution-oriented with a focus on consulting, sales, and customer service for business clients. You will work in an engaged team and be responsible for large business clients in Greenland, where you will deliver value-creating solutions and build long-lasting relationships.

As an Account Manager, you must be both business-oriented and solution-oriented when working with consulting, sales, and customer service for our business clients. It is important that you understand the customer's needs so that you can deliver value-creating solutions with a high level of service to everyone from small business clients to large and socially important business clients. You should thus be the customer's trusted partner.
You will become part of an engaged business team with lots of drive and good spirits, where colleagues always stand together and are ready to help each other. You will have great freedom to plan your daily work, where trust and responsibility are the key words in achieving our common business strategy goals.
You will take on the responsibility for some of the largest corporate clients in Greenland, and therefore we expect that:

You have extensive experience in consulting and sales as well as project work.

You are good at creating good and lasting relationships.

You are trust-building, proactive, and constructive in your approach.

You take responsibility, are innovative, and willingly take on various tasks.

You have good communication skills in both speech and writing.

You have at least 2 years of experience in consulting and sales within the IT industry.

You are used to working with both ad hoc sales and strategic sales.

You have completed larger sales projects.

You are good at leading and planning and have a systematic approach.

You have knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure and particularly the IT industry.

You are used to working both independently and in teams.

You have good language skills in Greenlandic, Danish, and preferably also in English.

You have strong IT skills and are used to working with the Office suite and Axapta.
