At Tusass, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who can develop and strengthen the collaboration with some of our most strategic business customers.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of larger clients and work closely with them to develop solutions within connectivity, networking, cloud, and business telephony.
The role requires strong business acumen, the ability to navigate complex organizations, and to drive larger sales and development processes.
About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you are a strategic partner for your clients and work on developing long-term collaborations.
You build relationships with key decision-makers, understand the customer's business, and identify opportunities where Tusass' solutions can support the customer's development.
At the same time, you manage complex sales processes and coordinate internal resources to ensure the best solutions for the customer.
Your primary tasks

Have responsibility for a portfolio of strategic corporate clients.

Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key individuals.

Develop and work according to strategic account plans.

Identify new business opportunities with existing customers

Drive larger and more complex sales processes

Develop customer engagement with Tusass through new solutions.

Coordinate internal resources in connection with larger deliveries.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

has solid experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management

has worked with larger corporate clients and complex solutions

is strong at building relationships and creating trust with decision-makers

has a good business understanding and can identify new commercial opportunities
