If you are looking to create visions and ideas for our future, collaboration, understanding, and cultural awareness in social work, how do you see it happening? Please be a leader for the advisors in social work, as we strive every day to make our dreams a reality in our work.

The Municipality of Kujalleq is currently in a unique situation, as the Inatsisartut's law for the support of children has been suspended. This means that we are in a transitional phase in the administration, and starting from November 2024, the government will take on greater responsibilities in the administration. In the coming days, you will notice our close collaboration with social workers and the Department of Social Affairs. As social administrators, you will have the opportunity to support the development of professional cooperation and create safe boundaries for your work and collaboration with colleagues.

The new tasks will include among other things:

• Support for the development of new initiatives is crucial for improving the well-being of children and youth.
• Sulianik is a key player in managing and coordinating work processes.
• Tunaartaq and ensuring knowledge of tasks must involve close collaboration with those handling the work.
• Collaboration through innovation and exploration - working with various companies and the local community.
• Suliani suliat and the handling of tasks always require a "proprietary" position to ensure the continuity of the work.
• Support for employee development, employee development, progress, and administration, for example: planning for social workers.

The tools used in the workplace and in the profession are based on the agreement between the Government and the Trade Union for public servants regarding employees in the Government and municipalities.

Housing can be provided for the elderly, and in this regard, the applicable regulations must be followed regarding housing costs and other payments.

According to the applicable regulations, the costs of transferring assets related to the termination of employment after a maximum of three years of service will be covered.
