We are looking for a new colleague for our inspector team in Sisimiut. As an inspector, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the housing department's buildings. Tasks include property management, resident services, and administration. You should have a relevant technical background and experience in property maintenance.
We are looking for a new colleague for our inspector team in Sisimiut.
As an inspector, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the housing department's buildings, in collaboration with your local colleagues in property services and housing administration.
Your primary work tasks will be property management, resident services, and administration. You will be responsible for:
Supervision function and condition assessment of rental properties
Planning and supervision of building renovation execution
Requesting craftsmen and supervising the execution of the work
View of the properties during move-in and move-out
Financial management including approval of received invoices as well as budgeting/control
One participates in the duty roster together with the other inspectors and property officials.
Ad hoc tasks
There may be quite a bit of activity in the other cities for conducting inspections, planning, and budgeting/control.
Quality and responsibility-conscious as well as committed regardless of the nature of the task.
You have a relevant technical background with several years of experience and a good knowledge of property maintenance and the procurement of renovation and maintenance tasks. You should also have:
Administrative flair and be a daily user of the MS Office suite.
Ability to plan and structure your daily life as well as follow up on tasks.
A good overview and meets deadlines, even in a pressured situation.
You have a driver's license.
We also emphasize that you can communicate with the tenants in their native language, Greenlandic/Danish.

Employment terms:
Salary and employment are based on your qualifications. You are entitled to a free relocation travel and moving of personal belongings. Housing can be provided for the position according to applicable regulations.
