Sunset Boulevard in Ilulissat is looking for a chef who wants to help provide our guests with a great dining experience. With us, you will work in a busy and cozy kitchen with good colleagues and a great atmosphere. You will also have one of the world's most beautiful views right outside the door.

As a chef, you have an important role in the daily operations. It is you who ensures that the food tastes good and looks inviting, and that the guests want to come back.

Your primary tasks:

• Prepare and plate dishes from the menu with a focus on quality and taste
• Prepare ingredients and keep mise en place ready for service
• Assist in planning menus, ordering supplies, and keeping track of inventory
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy and follow the rules for hygiene and food safety (self-control)
• Collaborate with colleagues in the kitchen and in service, so that service runs smoothly, even when it is busy

We are looking for you who:

• Is a trained chef or has experience from a restaurant kitchen
• Can work according to the schedule, also in the evenings and on weekends
• Works in a structured way and maintains an overview when it is busy
• Likes to take initiative and come up with new ideas for dishes
• Is a good colleague and contributes to a good working environment
• Speaks Danish, Greenlandic, or English [adjust as needed]
