Practical information

The positions are full-time with a 40-hour work week and mixed shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts as well as work every 2nd weekend.

Why a minimum of 3 months temporary position?

Our department handles many different functions and complex patient pathways across specialties. This requires a thorough introduction to both tasks, patient groups, journal systems, as well as the special conditions that apply in the Greenlandic healthcare system.

Therefore, we prioritize temporary positions of at least 3 months, so both the employee and the department get the most benefit from the training process, while ensuring continuity and quality in patient treatment.
