Do you want to lead an organization that makes a difference for Greenlandic children and youth while playing an important role in the relationship between Greenland and Denmark?

Greenlandic Children – Kalaallit Meerartaat is looking for a Secretary General who can unite the organization around a common direction and simultaneously strengthen its position as a central actor for Greenlandic children, youth, and their families in both Greenland and Denmark.

You will have the opportunity to lead an organization with an important social mission, engaged employees, and a solid financial foundation. At the same time, you will step into a visible and unifying role at a time when Greenland-Denmark relations are in strong focus.

As Secretary General, you will thus be both the unifying leader of the organization and a representative of a Greenlandic-Danish organization with great significance for children, youth, and families across the realm.

Your profile

You have in-depth knowledge of Greenlandic societal conditions, culture, and history and can navigate confidently in the field. You have experience with complex stakeholder landscapes and understand how to navigate in politically charged environments. At the same time, you are a unifying leader who can create trust, followership, and results through employees, volunteers, and partners.
