We are looking for a motivating leader for the Production Group in Nuuk. You will be responsible for a competent team of 8 employees who support the bank's private customer advisors with case processing, preparation of loan documents and securities, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.
Your role:
As the leader of the Production Group, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations and development of the department. Your tasks will include:
• Leading, motivating, and developing the employees in the team.
• Ensuring high quality and efficiency in the department's task resolution.
• Planning and prioritizing work tasks and resources.
• Contributing to the development and optimization of processes and workflows.
• Ensuring that the bank's procedures and applicable requirements are followed.
• Collaborating closely with the bank's other departments and management.
