One Health Assistant sought for Tasiilaq inpatient department

We are lacking permanent employees, but we are also open to temporary positions of a minimum duration of 3 months.

The regional hospital has room for 18 patients and is the town's hospital. We have, among others, new mothers, elderly care-dependent inpatients, psychiatric, surgical, medical, and emergency patients. As a health assistant, you are primarily employed in the inpatient department, do ward rounds with the doctor, and participate in rotating shifts, taking on, together with the other staff, general inpatient-related tasks.

We are looking for you who:

• Can speak Greenlandic and Danish, and are a trained health assistant.
• Can work independently and be aware of your own area of responsibility
• Enjoy working with the entire patient journey, have an overview, and can delegate work.

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
