About the daycare institution.
The Narsarmiutaq Kindergarten Narsaq has 60 children and 12 employees, and the daycare leader is the immediate supervisor.
The Narsarmiutaq Kindergarten is open from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
In the Municipality of Kujalleq's daycare institution, we emphasize that children develop through creativity and innovation, and therefore we are looking for someone who has experience with creative work with children.
We are looking for a person who can take on pedagogical responsibility, is flexible regarding changing workdays, has a strong mindset, and can influence being a role model.
Responsibilities and areas of responsibility:
·You will be co-responsible for fulfilling the Inatsisartut law on pedagogical developmental offers for preschool children no. 62 of November 20, 2023.
·You have experience in creating frameworks for the management of daycare institutions.
·You can create safe communication with individuals responsible for the child.
·We will try to create a daily routine when there is a balance between recognizability based on daily rhythm/time perception & unpredictability based on the children's influence on the institution's culture.
·It is important that we together build a healthy & developing institution for all users. Therefore, the working environment is highly valued.

Child certificate:
This position is subject to the law on the obligation to obtain a child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has obtained a child certificate.
The child certificate will be part of the municipality's assessment of who should be employed in the position.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland, SIK, or another relevant negotiating organization.
Housing:
No housing is offered for the position.
