The contact with the patients is through outpatient attendance or home visits. In addition, the task is to establish meetings with groups of relatives, contact with social case management and housing units - with a view to initiating support for "the good life".

Often there are hospitalized patients with psychiatric disorders, where your task will be to collaborate with colleagues in the department, to provide guidance and support for the treatment of the patient. There is good collaboration with a colleague in District Psychiatry, as well as doctors and other staff at the hospital.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience or interest in psychiatric nursing
• Are quality-conscious and committed
• Are good at building relationships
• Have a high level of mentalization
• Have the prerequisites for creating good patient contact, good collaboration skills, and a desire to share knowledge
• Have a diploma education

It is an advantage if you can speak Greenlandic and have knowledge of the Greenlandic healthcare system

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
