A little about Angerlarsimaffik Uulineq
Angerlarsimaffik Uulineq is a nationwide service for people with autism spectrum disorders in Greenland. Angerlarsimaffik Uulineq consists of four departments; the Uulineq department for children and youth (6-18 years), the Suluppaluk department (16-25 years), the adult department Qiimaneq (18 years and older) and the Nigerleq department.
Angerlarsimaffik Uulineq's professional values are based on respect for the individual, responsibility, and a recognition and professional approach; methods used in Uulineq are: TEACCH, structure and relational work within autism spectrum disorders. The citizens also have other challenges beyond autism spectrum disorders that must be taken into account in the work with the residents.
You will have the following tasks:
- Posting of invoices in IRIS
- Interim accounts with municipalities
- Monthly and annual reconciliations
- Advising the principal regarding accounting
- Booking of travel and accommodation
- Recommendations for hiring/termination of staff
- Budget follow-up
- Review of status accounts
- Preparation of accounting instructions, inventory lists
- Issuing travel settlements
- Preparation of hourly and monthly salaries
- Payment of clothing and pocket money
- Ad-hoc tasks
We expect that you have:
- Educated in TNI or AU-Public administration
- A relevant economic/accounting background
- Knowledge of IRIS, as well as Management info
- A desire to take independent responsibility in solving the institution's tasks
- A desire to work in a multidisciplinary environment, where the individual contributes to holistic solutions
- Good mood, determination and humor
- Speaks Greenlandic

Salary and employment conditions
Salary - and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving and relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
