The kindergarten Inneriilat in Qaqortoq is looking for 1 social worker.

About the daycare institution:

There are 74 children and 15 employees at the daycare institution Inneriilat in Qaqortoq, and the daycare manager is the immediate supervisor.

The daycare institution Inneriilat is open from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday.

In the Municipality of Kujalleq's daycare institution, we emphasize that children develop through creativity and innovation, and therefore we are looking for someone who has experience with creative work with children. We are looking for a person who can take on pedagogical responsibility, is flexible regarding changing workdays, has a strong mindset, and can influence being a role model.

Job and responsibilities:

You will be jointly responsible for fulfilling the Inatsisartut Act on pedagogical developmental offers for children of preschool age no. 62 of November 20, 2023. You have experience in creating frameworks for the management of the daycare institution. You can create safe communication with individuals responsible for the child.

We will strive to create a daily routine when there is a balance between recognizability based on daily rhythm/time perception & unpredictability based on the children's influence on the institution's culture. It is important that we together build a healthy & developing institution for all users. Therefore, the work environment is highly valued.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

This position is subject to the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal and child certificate. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police, as well as the criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between Naalakkersuisut and Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat (NPK) or another relevant negotiating organization.

Start date: To be agreed with the applicant

Employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period

Housing:

No housing is offered for the position.
