About the institution:

Integrated daycare institution Tikiusaaq is owned by Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq. It is located in a quiet environment by the football field and Inussivik.

Opening hours are 7:00-17:00

Integrated daycare institution Tikiusaaq is normed for 96 children. It is divided into 2 departments. In the nursery department, there are 36 children, divided into 3 rooms. In the kindergarten department, there are 60 children divided into 3 rooms.

The staff norm is 22; leader, deputy leader, department head, 4 educators, 6 social workers, 6 assistants, 1 kitchen assistant, 1 kitchen helper, 1 floater

Criminal and Child Certificate:

This position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal and child certificate. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon when the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police and the criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be with a 3-month probation period.

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
