About the job

Tusass is currently undergoing a transformation in its strategy, and the company is now implementing projects based on plans outlined by the management. As a consultant in the strategy department, you will play a central role in ensuring that the strategic goals are achieved, while also closely collaborating with the rest of the company.

The Strategy and Development department is also responsible for conducting various analyses for the company, including preparing presentations for decision-making, conducting analyses related to investments in new products, hardware investments, and ensuring compliance with market regulations. Additionally, the strategy department handles strategic projects and funding proposals for the board. This means that as a consultant in the strategy department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the largest management bodies in the country, allowing you to engage directly with the company's strategic initiatives.

As a consultant in the Strategy and Development department, you will report to the head of the department. Since the strategy is central to Tusass, it will also be beneficial if you are interested in this area, as Tusass's strategic initiatives are closely tied to EU regulations. In this context, Tusass is currently aiming to achieve compliance with CSRD and ESRS in its reporting on sustainability, which will also enhance transparency.

You

You are capable of working independently, being self-motivated, analytical, solution-oriented, and:

• Have a relevant degree and at least two to five years of experience in strategy development or similar roles in a company
• Are analytical and have experience in project management and solution development
• Have experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Can collaborate with various stakeholders and manage different tasks
• Are goal-oriented and can deliver significant results
• Can engage and contribute positively
