We are looking for an office assistant for Aasiaat Hospital, who will handle management tasks and administration. You should have experience with payroll and holiday pay administration as well as strong communication skills. The position requires 40 hours of work per week with attendance.

We are looking for an office officer for our secretariat in Aasiaat, who will also take on management tasks, including task distribution in the secretariat.
- You will work in the HR program Mindkey, where you will create requisitions regarding employment.
- Must be responsible for the administration and control of monthly and bi-weekly payrolls, as well as vacation schedules and payment of vacation money.
- Must prepare rental contracts for temporary employees.
- Must take the telephone switchboard and manage the hospital's common email.
- Must administer the hospital's mail and phones.
- Must actively communicate with the administration's central in "The Greenlandic Health Service" with a view to optimizing collaboration and workflows.
- You should be interested in actively working with the working environment.
The working hours are 40 hours a week, all hours with attendance at Aasiaat hospital.

- Has experience with payroll / vacation money administration.
- Has experience as an AC officer or administrative employee. Preferably in the health sector.
- Has strong communication skills and is interested in taking on the task of collaborating with the central administration of the health sector in Nuuk.
- Has office and/or management education.
- Can and will have the difficult conversation with your colleagues.

Salary and employment
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
