The Nursery Qatanngutigiit in Nanortalik is looking for 1 Pedagogue.

About the daycare institution.

There are 24 children and 8 employees at the Nursery Qatanngutigiit in Nanortalik, and the nursery leader is the immediate supervisor.

The Nursery Qatanngutigiit is open from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for 1 Pedagogue for the nursery Qatanngutigiit.

In the Municipality of Kujalleq's daycare institution, we emphasize that children develop through creativity and innovation, and therefore we are looking for someone who has experience with creative work with children. We are looking for a person who can take on pedagogical responsibility, is flexible regarding changing workdays, has a strong mindset, and can influence being a role model.

Work and responsibilities:

You will be co-responsible for fulfilling the Inatsisartut law on pedagogical developmental offers for children of preschool age no. 62 of November 20, 2023. You have experience in creating frameworks for the management of daycare institutions. You can create safe communication with individuals responsible for the child.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

This position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal and child certificate. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon when the municipality has received a child certificate from the National Police, as well as a criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between Naalakkersuisut and Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat (NPK) or another relevant negotiating organization.

Start date: To be agreed with the applicant

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period
