- seeking, collecting, and processing knowledge and data as well as articulating analyses
- writing contributions to speeches and presentations for the Minister
- contributing with gender equality perspectives and inputs in the department's other publications
- contributing to planning and execution of selected gender equality-related communication efforts
- participating in Nordic-related activities and obligations
- handling political matters, including hearings and §37 questions

The above is a suggestion of what you could be working on, but the task portfolio also depends on your competencies combined with the needs of the office.

- Are responsible, proactive, and able to work independently, focusing on creating results
- Are structured, hardworking, dynamic, engaged, and development-oriented
- Can think strategically, analytically, and focus on opportunities rather than limitations
- Can navigate and maintain an overview between routine-based and more complex tasks
- Can collaborate and interact kindly and welcomingly with everyone regardless of background
- Have experience working in a politically governed organization
- Have good communication and presentation skills in writing as well as in speech in Greenlandic, Danish, and preferably English
- Have knowledge of Greenlandic culture and Greenlandic societal conditions
We offer in return
- A job where you have influence on national development in the field of gender equality
- A high degree of influence within the overarching objectives
- To become part of an environment where professionalism, expertise, and communication are highly valued
