3 Educated pedagogical employees sought for Naasut

The Municipality of Sermersooq is looking for skilled and committed 3 educated pedagogical employees for the Integrated Institution Naasut with start date 01.11.2026 or according to the applicable agreements. Therefore, as an Educated pedagogical employee, you can help shape the institution and its values. The Administration for Children and School aims to create curious, resilient, healthy, and happy children. It is expected that you, in close collaboration with the leader, focus on achieving this goal.

About the new institution:

The new institution has 96 children distributed in 6 rooms, 3 rooms in the nursery department and 3 rooms in the kindergarten department.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal and child certificate. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon when the municipality has received a child certificate from the National Police as well as a criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/contract applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be with a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
