Construction Manager for Citizen Service in Tiilerilaaq

Position as Construction Manager in Tiilerilaaq is advertised with commencement on October 1, 2026, or by agreement.

The Construction Manager in Tiilerilaaq is part of the Citizen Service in Tasiilaq on a daily basis. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Officer:

·Servicing the department on a daily basis

·Ensuring case processing of citizen inquiries and servicing other departments including the Village Council

·Working with social services and forwarding

·Compilation of time reports and forwarding

·Archiving

·Assisting citizens in using self-service for Sullissivik

·Forwarding messages for postings

·Applications to Iserit and further forwarding

·Collaboration with the Child and Family Center

·Other applications and processing of these, including further forwarding

·Other tasks related to citizens

·Administrative tasks including operational budgets

·Coordination between the municipality, village council, and citizens

·Ad hoc tasks

·Organized

·Easy to collaborate with and outgoing

Criminal record:

This position is subject to the law requiring a criminal record check. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Employment will be subject to a 3-month probationary period.

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
