Store Manager (COPY)

Akiki Qeqqa is looking for a focused and committed store manager who can take responsibility for the store's daily operations, sales, and employee development. For us, it is important that customers have a good experience and that employees thrive and develop through strong collaboration.

About the position

As a store manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the store.

You will be a visible leader in sales, lead and develop employees, and ensure that the store achieves good results.

Your primary tasks

• Leadership, motivation, and development of employees
• Ensure a good customer experience and high service
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of employees
• Follow up on sales, earnings, and payroll costs
• Ordering goods and managing inventory
• Participation in planning and execution of campaigns
• Preparation of duty schedules and use of Promark

• Has experience from retail or the service industry, preferably with leadership experience
• Has financial understanding and can work with numbers and follow-up
• Works in a structured manner, takes responsibility, and is good at collaborating
• Thrives in a busy work environment and leads by example
