INI is looking for a property officer for their property service office in Sisimiut. The position involves responsibility for resident services and property management, including planning, supervision, and minor repairs. Knowledge of property maintenance and IT is necessary. We are looking for a new colleague for our property service office in Sisimiut. You will contribute to providing the very best service to our residents.
This is a varied and service-oriented job, with many areas of collaboration.
As a property officer, you will dare and want to take responsibility within your work area, and you can maintain an overview during busy periods.
In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be resident service and property management.
You will be responsible for:
Planning and carrying out the work in the housing department
Move-in inspections, preparation and follow-up of deficiency lists
Move-out inspections, preparation of inspection reports, initiation of renovations after further agreement with the inspector
Overseeing the daily work with supervision of technical installations, general maintenance, and cleanliness in the housing area.
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
Various other incidental tasks
Engaged and responsible regardless of the nature of the task
You are service-minded, have experience and skill in solving practical tasks. You have a craft background, as well as knowledge of property maintenance.
Furthermore, you are:
An experienced user of and familiar with IT at a high user level, as move-in and move-out inspections are conducted digitally
Open and have the ability to communicate with everyone in a friendly and competent manner
Both independent and initiative-taking, as well as good at collaborating
Good at planning and following up on tasks
You master Greenlandic and Danish in both writing and speaking
You have a driver's license

Employment conditions:
Salary and employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Greenlandic Government and the SSK-Work Leader Association. No housing can be provided for the position.
