Are you passionate about leadership and a good childhood?

The integrated institution Meeqqat has space for 25 children aged 0 – 6 years, distributed across 2 rooms. The institution is located in Nuuk and consists of a staff team of 9 employees, including the leader.

It is important for us that the children experience a coherent and safe everyday life with positive relationships. We therefore expect that you, as a leader, will help create the framework and support the institution's objectives.

∙Can participate in the administrative and financial management work

Criminal and Child Certificate:

This position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal and child certificate. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police as well as the criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
