The Greenlandic Health Service is looking for a project manager for Buildings and Facilities.

As a project manager, you will be a central part of Buildings and Facilities. You will work closely with other project managers, leaders among both health professionals and in Buildings and Facilities, as well as suppliers, consultants, and craftsmen.

Your task

You will be responsible for planning and executing a number of projects from definition and tendering to handover.

We envision that you have a technical background and experience in project management. You are familiar with the many facets of managing complex projects with many stakeholders, and you are able to get all stakeholders to collaborate on the best solution.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing projects
• Participating in selecting projects for the upcoming year's action plan
• Ensuring coherence between project execution and health professional needs during and after project execution
• Planning and coordinating testing and training
• Collaborating broadly within the organization on your projects
• Contributing to risk management, planning, and follow-up

We are looking for you

We envision that you:

• Have a relevant technical education as a marine engineer, installer, engineer, or similar.
• Have experience in project management
• Work in a structured manner and create progress
• Are good at creating collaboration between different professional groups and stakeholders
• Preferably have experience with Greenland, The Greenlandic Health Service, and/or technical suppliers in Greenland.

• You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team with significant influence on both project selection and execution.
• The project manager reports directly to the head of the department for Buildings and Facilities.
• The workplace is Queen Ingrid's Hospital in Nuuk, but travel activity in Greenland should be expected.

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
