Customer Advisor for Sisimiut

You will succeed in the job as a personal advisor in Sisimiut when you

• Provide advice and create solutions for your customers that contribute to fulfilling the bank's goal of delivering Greenland's best customer experience

• Activate your advisory skills and bring your experience into play, particularly with regard to holistic advice, including advice on housing financing, investment, and pensions

• Practice strong credit craftsmanship, supplemented with good IT skills, where experience with BEC’s platform will be a significant plus

• Proactively contribute to creating new solutions and opportunities for your customers, based on your advice and initiatives

• With your good humor and good energy, contribute to the team, the community, and the department's well-being

Your task

Your primary task will be to advise and take responsibility for the development of your own customer portfolio with a strong focus on the customers' experience.

We have expectations of you, and we are looking for a colleague and advisor who stands on a strong professional foundation, who is passionate about customer contact and advice. You, who also works independently, structured, and has the desire to contribute to further strengthening the branch's processes and customer-oriented initiatives.

The town is located just north of the Arctic Circle and is known as one of Greenland's classic dog sledding towns, where sled dogs are still a natural part of everyday life. Every year, the famous Arctic Circle Race is held, attracting participants from all over the world. Here, modern urban life meets ancient Arctic traditions, and nature is always just outside the door.

Employment is subject to the agreement between Greenland's Business and the Finance Union. The bank can provide housing with rent payment according to rules set by the Greenland Self-Government. Employment conditions otherwise, including travel and relocation of belongings, are according to applicable rules.
