About Tunguusaq

Daycare "Tunguusaq" has a facility with 44 places for 0-6 year olds. There are a total of 12 employees. And the leader is included in the number.

There are 4 daycares in Qaqortoq. And there is good cooperation between the leaders. Furthermore, they appreciate helping each other when needed.

Qaqortoq is a peaceful and beautiful town. Throughout the year, various activities are held.

Child certificate

This position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has obtained a child certificate.

The child certificate will be part of the municipality's assessment of who should be employed in the position

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment conditions in accordance with applicable agreements between Naalakkersuisut and Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat.

Housing

For the position as a pedagogue, unfurnished staff housing can be provided according to the applicable rules at any time. Rent is paid according to the applicable rules for the assigned housing. Rent and housing standards may vary depending on the age of the housing, ownership conditions, etc. Staff housing must be vacated upon termination of employment. There may be a waiting period for permanent staff housing, which is why temporary accommodation may occur, including in smaller co-housing or hotel apartments
