As a Porter Leader in Upernavik, you will support and be a role model for your colleagues. You will collaborate with porters and staff at the Regional Hospital, as well as be responsible for the maintenance of ambulances and buildings. The position requires bilingualism and a qualification as a Porter.

Job Responsibilities:
- As a Porter Leader, you must support your colleagues and be a role model for them.
- You collaborate with 1.5 porters and a janitor and the remaining staff at the Regional Hospital.
- You will perform close collaboration with the operations middle manager and the leading coordinator.
- Coordination of tasks and planning of schedules
- Responsible for the maintenance of the ambulance and buildings in collaboration with the leading coordinator and regional operations manager
- You are responsible for the porters' need for training as well as the janitor's and a suitable working environment.
Work Ability:
- You are trained as a Porter and can perform your tasks thoroughly.
- Responsible from start to finish
- Good at communicating, service-minded, and can set boundaries
- Bilingual, both Greenlandic and Danish
