Kujalleq District Court is seeking an information officer to staff the court's reception and ensure a professional experience for users. Your new workday
As an information officer, you will staff the court's reception, where you will receive inquiries from the court's users, both citizens and professionals. You will be the court's face to the outside world and must, among other things, ensure that users have a good and professional experience. We place great emphasis on treating all inquiries with respect and providing everyone with a comprehensive answer.
For the right applicant, there will be opportunities for lighter office tasks, such as processing cases.
Your primary tasks are:
· Staff the reception and receive telephone and physical inquiries from the court's users.
· Ensure that the court's internal public areas appear neat and tidy.
· Solve a number of practical ad hoc tasks.
· Perform lighter office work.
· Prepare, including servicing, court and meeting rooms.
· Possible creation of bankruptcy cases and enforcement cases in the system

The working languages are Greenlandic and Danish, and it will therefore be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you are proficient in both languages.

Hiring process
We expect to hold interviews in week 36. For applicants who do not reside in Qaqortoq, there will be an opportunity to participate in a job interview via video conference. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
Salary and employment conditions
Employment will be in accordance with the applicable agreement with SIK or HK/Stat. If you come from a city other than Sisimiut, we will pay for relocation travel and moving expenses according to the agreement's provisions. We can also provide housing, for which you will need to pay rent, etc., according to applicable rules.
In connection with the hiring process, with your consent, we will obtain a transcript of the criminal record.
