General information about Kuunnguaq:

The position is a full-time job with 40 hours a week. There is space for 88 children, divided into 40 preschool children and 48 toddlers.

The opening hours for the kindergarten are Monday – Friday from 06:45 – 17:00.

The administration for the integrated kindergarten falls under the area manager for education, day care, culture, leisure, business, and labor market, and the educational coordinator provides advice and guidance for day care institutions.

Applicant's qualifications:

Educational training, be responsible, active and engaged, have an overview, be able to handle stressful situations, be flexible, accept changes, be cooperative, approachable, and stable.

Possess good physical and mental health, and be prepared to work in accordance with the institution's goals, political objectives for children and young people, and other applicable rules for employees under Qeqqata Municipality.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Housing will be provided, with payment according to the rules in effect at any given time.
