Hal inspector wanted for Qaqortup Timersortarfia

The board of Qaqortup Timersortarfia is looking for a versatile and committed hall inspector for employment as soon as possible.

Qaqortup Timersortarfia is a self-governing institution. On a daily basis, there are two permanent employees: a hall inspector and a hall assistant.

We expect that you:

• Have knowledge of accounting and can keep accounts.

• Can maintain an overview and handle many tasks at once.

• Have a valid driver's license (minimum category B)

• Have a desire to work with and interact with people of all ages.

• Have experience with association work.

• Are initiative-taking, responsible, and independent.

• Have leadership experience.

• Ensure that the hall always appears clean and inviting.

• Have experience with planning and executing tournaments as well as other events and projects.

• Have knowledge of the operation of fitness rooms.

• Have experience with the operation of a kiosk, including ordering and purchasing goods.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment is subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing

Unfortunately, no staff housing can be provided.

Criminal and child certificate

The position is subject to the rules regarding the collection of criminal records and child certificates. Employment can only take place once the board has received a satisfactory criminal record and child certificate from the Police.
