General for Kuunnguaq:
The position is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. There is space for 88 children divided into 40 kindergarten children and 48 nursery children.
The opening hours for the kindergarten are Monday – Friday from 06:45 – 17:00.
Administration for Integrated kindergarten falls under the Area Manager for Education, daycare, Culture, leisure, Business and Labor Market, and the Educational Coordinator provides advice and guidance for daycare institutions.
Applicant's qualifications:
Educational background in pedagogy or similar, be responsible, active and engaged, have an overview, be able to handle stressful situations, be flexible, accept changes, be cooperative, welcoming and stable.
Possess good physical and mental health, and be prepared to work according to the institution's goals, political goals for children and youth, and other applicable rules for employees under Qeqqata municipality.
Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions will be according to the applicable agreement. Housing will be provided, with payment according to the rules in effect at any given time.
