Treatments are carried out in collaboration with the doctors at the Regional Hospital Sisimiut with whom we have a good and close collaboration. The doctor comes 6 times a year for 2-3 days.
As a health assistant, you will work with scheduling appointments for consultations, triaging and treating acute and general consultations, pharmacy functions, laboratory tasks such as blood tests, interpretation, administrative tasks, or similar. In the high season from May to September, there may be more inquiries from tourists.
Kangerlussuaq Airport is a settlement to Sisimiut in Qeqqata Municipality with about 400 citizens.
