Applications are processed on an ongoing basis.

Start a career at SISA Pension – paid education, trips to Copenhagen, and a strong community

On behalf of SISA Pension, Landau Headhunting is looking for a new customer service representative for a paid educational position. SISA Pension promises short decision-making paths, great influence, and an informal cozy community.

SISA Pension is the pension fund for all of Greenland, but in the office, it is just a small team where everyone knows each other, helps each other, and works together. There is a short path from idea to action, and you will quickly feel that your ideas and input are heard.

At SISA Pension, they believe that a good workplace is about more than just tasks. Therefore, they are actively working to create a strong community with room for both professional development, sparring, and social activities. SISA Pension wants to be a place where you look forward to coming to work, develop together, and take care of each other.

The educational program

You do not need to know anything about pensions when you start. SISA Pension provides thorough training, and at the same time, you will begin a pension-related education, which is paid for by SISA.

The education takes place over several modules over approximately 4 years in collaboration with the company's Danish partners and involves trips to Copenhagen, where you will be taught by specialists from the pension industry. Between modules, you will work at SISA in Nuuk, where you will apply your new knowledge in practice together with your colleagues.

The further you progress in the education, the more and more complex tasks you will be responsible for. SISA Pension invests in your development because they want you to be a part of SISA for many years.

Your workplace and your educational program

Your permanent workplace is in Nuuk. Here, you will be part of Member Services, where from day one you will receive a thorough introduction to the work and become part of a team that supports you throughout the educational program.

Between the educational modules, you will work on tasks that are closely related to what you learn in the education. This way, you will have the opportunity to apply theory to practice in your daily life, and as your skills develop, you will take on greater responsibility and more professionally challenging tasks.

As you develop your skills through the education, you will, among other things, work with:

  • advising members on pensions and insurance

  • telephone and written customer service

  • processing applications and administrative tasks

  • establishing and changing pension and insurance schemes

  • processing payouts and insurance cases

  • collaborating with employers and partners

  • developing and improving SISA's workflows

  • and much more

Who are you?

You do not need to know the pension industry in advance – SISA will teach you that.

The most important thing is that you are eager to learn new things and develop. During the education, you will receive training in Denmark, while in your daily work at SISA, you will learn to apply the professional knowledge to Greenlandic conditions together with your colleagues.

We imagine that you:

  • speak and write Greenlandic and Danish. English is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • are curious and eager to learn new things

  • work independently and in a structured manner

  • take responsibility and follow through on your tasks

  • thrive on helping people and providing good service

  • positively contribute to the community and collaboration with your colleagues

  • are eager to develop both professionally and personally

  • understand the value of being part of a small team where you depend on each other

An office education or other relevant administrative education would be an advantage, as would experience from the pension, insurance, or finance industry naturally also be a good starting point. However, it is not a requirement – we place at least as much emphasis on your personality, your commitment, and your eagerness to learn.

What do you get?

SISA Pension offers a job and a paid education in one complete package – with plenty of professional and personal challenges, skilled colleagues, and many inspiring interfaces with Greenlandic society. Additionally, it is a job with attractive conditions and competitive salary based on qualifications.

As a rule, housing is not included with the job.
