You understand that students have different academic, linguistic, and personal prerequisites, and you can therefore organize teaching in a differentiated, supportive, and scaffolding manner.

We expect that you have a relevant pedagogical education, or that you are willing to undergo relevant pedagogical competence development or a pedagogical diploma.

You work independently, systematically, and responsibly and can also engage professionally and constructively in collaboration with colleagues, management, and external partners. You also have good digital competencies and can use digital tools in teaching, planning, and documentation.

It is an advantage if you

  • have experience with exam and assessment work, student documentation, and teaching planning.

  • have experience with young and adult students with different academic, linguistic, and personal prerequisites.
