We are looking for 2 new colleagues for our property service office in Nuussuaq. In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be resident service and general maintenance of apartments and buildings. Additionally, you will handle waste management, cleaning, snow removal in common areas, supervise technical installations, and perform minor craft tasks.

You must contribute to providing the very best service to our residents.
In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be resident service and general maintenance of apartments and buildings. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Renovation, maintenance, and snow removal in common areas
Supervise technical installations
Execution of minor craft tasks
Committed and responsible regardless of the nature of the task.
You have experience and skill in solving practical tasks, you are service-minded and have a flexible attitude towards the work tasks. You are also:
Both independent and good at collaborating
Meeting stable
Happy to work outside in contact with many people
Preferably in possession of a driver's license, but not a requirement.

Employment terms:
Salary and employment in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Greenlandic Government and S.I.K. for monthly salaried skilled and unskilled workers. No housing can be provided for the position.
