At Restaurant Tunit, we are proud to be a warm gathering place in the heart of Nuuk – a Greenlandic bistro in the heart of Hotel Nordbo. Here, a good evening is not only about getting full, but about presence, good conversations, and the feeling of being welcome, whether you are a local, a hotel guest, or a visitor in the city.

In the kitchen, we work with seasonal ingredients and lots of craftsmanship. We draw inspiration from Greenland's flavors – from freshly caught fish and seafood to musk ox, reindeer, and lamb – and combine local ingredients with classic techniques, so the dishes are simple, honest, and full of flavor.

Everyday life with us spans widely: Some guests come for a tasty daily special in relaxed surroundings, while others choose to make a little extra out of it with a gastronomic evening experience. Common to both is that we care about the quality in every detail – and in creating a calm and cozy atmosphere around the table.
