Destination Manager

South Greenland is in the midst of an exciting development with new opportunities, growing interest, and increasing visibility internationally. We are looking for a Destination Manager who can create networks, bridge gaps between stakeholders, and elevate the region's tourism to the next level.

Your tasks

• Be ISG's representative in steering and working groups within business development.
• Ensure close collaboration with Visit Greenland and other partners on marketing, route development, and branding.
• Coordinate ISG's efforts in tourism and keep track of plans, budgets, and progress.
• Contribute to strengthening local tourism operators through mentoring, advice, and skills development.

• Outgoing, relationship-building, and motivated to bring people together around common goals, while also being a good communicator.
• Has experience in project management, preferably within tourism.
• Has knowledge of Greenlandic tourism conditions, both nationally and locally.
• Fluent in Greenlandic and English.

• A central role in the development of one of Greenland's most unique destinations.
• A dedicated team and collaboration with both local and international partners.
• Possibility of staff housing according to applicable regulations.
