We are looking for an office-trained employee for a busy day at the police station in Aasiaat. Tasks include phone handling, public service, accounting tasks, and case processing. The main tasks are:
Telephone answering
Public service
Accounting tasks
Case processing in the form of: Enforcement cases, paternity cases
Registration and deregistration of vehicles
Passport and driver's license ordering
Other incidental office work
A little interpretation, if necessary

Office trained
Bilingual in writing and speech, an advantage but not a requirement.

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the relevant professional organization. You may be assigned a staff housing. You will need to pay the deposit, rent, and utility expenses yourself. Relocation assistance and travel expenses for you and your family will be provided according to the applicable rules at any given time. If you reside in Aasiaat, no vacant housing will be made available. It is a prerequisite for employment that you can obtain security clearance, and you must be able to maintain the security clearance throughout your employment.
